Yorkshire-based QHSE Integrity Services Ltd was founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Sean and Susan Sanders. Built on practical industry experience, professional competence and a straightforward approach, the business supports organisations with Quality, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Environmental management needs.
QHSE Integrity works with clients on a case-by-case basis, providing proportionate consultancy, training and management system support that reflects each organisation’s size, risks, operations and compliance requirements.
Sean Sanders, Health & Safety Director

Sean is a Chartered Member of IOSH and a Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers, with nearly 20 years’ experience in the offshore oil and gas industry. His background includes integrity engineering, multi-disciplined non-destructive testing, emergency fire team leadership, helicopter landing operations, advanced first aid, industrial rope access supervision, and the coordination of dangerous goods by sea and air, including radioactive materials.
Prior to this, Sean served in the Royal Marines, followed by eight years with a leading engineering company, commissioning machinery worldwide and training overseas management teams and staff.
Sean’s considerable experience of Health & Safety has included hazard awareness and perception, risk assessment, accident investigation, internal auditing and safety inspections in a multitude of industrial environments. Sean also has substantial experience of training clients in Health & Safety topics including behavioural coaching.
Susan Sanders, Managing Director

Susan began her career in the Royal Air Force before moving into the oil and gas industry, where she developed her experience in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management. She later joined one of the UK’s leading certification bodies as a Lead Auditor, gaining insight across a wide range of sectors and business types. In 2014, she founded QHSE Integrity Services Ltd to provide practical support to organisations seeking to improve or maintain compliance.
As a Chartered Quality Professional and Member of the CQI (CQP MCQI), Susan has hands-on experience in implementing, managing and improving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems. This gives her a strong understanding of compliance and risk from internal management, external auditing, certification and consultancy perspectives. She also provides ISO 9001 training, including familiarisation and internal auditor training, helping organisations improve understanding, competence and audit readiness.
Her approach is structured, practical and focused, helping clients build effective systems that support compliance, consistency and improvement.
