We carried out an Internal Auditor training course with Susan at QHSE Integrity Services. The idea was to give a larger number of our staff exposure to the internal audit process and allow them to have a better understanding of how they fit within our QMS.
Susan delivered the session in a way which was both comprehensive and easy to understand for the different levels of experience within the room. She provided practical examples of the internal audit process in relation to our business and all the internal feedback was very positive
